Controller

The data controller is the site's publisher, named in the legal notice. For any question: contact@fiably.fr.

What we collect

When you book a call: your name, your email, your company if you give it, your topic, your message, the slot you chose and the language of the form. Nothing else.

Why

To prepare and hold that call, and to get back to you about it. Legal basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in answering it.

How long

Three years after the date of the call, then deleted automatically. Database backups, kept for 14 days, then expire on their own.

Where

In a Postgres database on our server, at OVHcloud in France. Confirmation emails go through our OVHcloud mailbox, in France.

Cloudflare

All traffic to the site goes through Cloudflare, which receives it to protect it and carry it to us: Cloudflare therefore sees your IP address and what you send, the form included. Cloudflare is an American company. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Cookies

This site sets no cookie, even if you accept the banner at the top of the page. No advertising, no third-party analytics.

Audience measurement

We measure visits with Umami, hosted by Fiably in France, without cookies and without storing your IP address. These visits are counted even if you decline the banner.

Technical logs

Our servers record each request (the address asked for, the response code, the time taken) and errors, without your IP address or the contents of any form. When a request comes from a recognized search or AI assistant crawler (Google, Bing, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Apple and the like), its name is recorded too; for everyone else, the detailed browser or device identifier is never kept. These logs are kept for 30 days in OpenObserve, hosted by Fiably in France.

With your consent only

If you accept the banner, OpenObserve, hosted by Fiably in France, also records your visit: pages viewed, clicks, performance, technical errors, and a recording of the session, form fields masked. These sessions carry a random identifier, not your name or your IP address, and are kept for 30 days. Your choice is kept for six months in your browser, then the banner comes back. You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage consent" link at the bottom of the page: declining erases what your browser kept for OpenObserve.

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to contact@fiably.fr, we answer within a month. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
