Build
Your MVP, built in short sprints, ready for real users
You have an idea to validate, fast, with real users rather than a mockup. Our senior engineers build a first usable version, in weeks rather than quarters, with the same care as a product already in production.
What you get
- Working software, deployed: not a mockup
- The source code in a repository that is yours from the first commit
- Automated tests on the critical paths
- Documentation to run, deploy and extend the product
- A handover session with whoever takes over next
Who this is for
- A founder who needs to validate an idea with real customers, fast
- A startup launching a second product surface: a back office, a mobile app, a customer portal
- A company that needs an API or an integration layer between two systems
How it works
A paid discovery to scope the need, the risks and an estimate. Then fixed-scope sprints, each ending in a demo of working software, not a status report. You decide whether to continue, change direction or stop after any sprint. See the detailed sprint timeline.
Questions
How long does a first MVP take? It depends on the scope set at discovery. Our sprints run one to two weeks; discovery sets how many your MVP will need.
What does it cost? Discovery has a fixed price, known before we start. Then every sprint has its own fixed price, set before it begins. Never hourly billing.
What if I need to switch provider afterwards? The code is in your repository, the accounts are in your name, and the documentation explains how to pick it up. Nothing locks you in.
Do you do design too? Yes: the interfaces of your MVP, and your brand identity if you need one, with the product or on its own.
