### Your first sprint

**Before**

- Call with Clément (30 min)
- Paid discovery: needs, risks, estimate (a few days)

**Monday**

- Sprint scope fixed, in writing (1 h)

**Tuesday to Thursday**

- Our engineers write code, tests and docs (continuously)
- A second engineer reviews every line (before each merge)
- Written update on progress (daily)

**Friday**

- Demo of working software (30 min)
- You decide: continue, change course or stop (your call)

**You leave with running software, in your own repository** (1 to 2 weeks)

## Fast and right

Fast, because our engineers are senior, work in short sprints and use the best tools available today. Right, because every line is reviewed by a second engineer, covered by tests and shown in a demo before it ships.

## The team

Three people, by choice. Clément Lemerle is your point of contact, from the first call to the last sprint. He co-founded The Wokies and ran its technology, a platform used by Schneider Electric, Unilever and Deliveroo. Our two senior full-stack engineers build your software, then run it, from the code to the server.

## Questions

**What does it cost?** Discovery has a fixed price, known before we start. Then every sprint has its own fixed price, set before it begins. Never hourly billing.

**Who owns the code?** You do, from the first commit. The code lives in your repository and the accounts are in your name.

**Who writes the code?** Our senior engineers, and nobody else decides what ships. Every line is reviewed by a second engineer and covered by tests.

**What if a date slips?** You hear about it the day the risk appears, not on the deadline.

**Can you take over an existing project?** Yes. We start with an audit, then fix or rebuild step by step. Never a full rewrite without a reason.

**What does 24/7 mean?** If your production goes down at 3 a.m. on a Sunday, an engineer who knows your system picks it up. Not a ticket queue.

**Do you work remotely?** Fully. Meetings happen on video at a time that suits you, and everything we agree on is written down.

**Which technologies?** The ones we build with most often: Node.js, PHP, Rust and C++ on the back end, React and Vue.js on the front end. AWS, GCP, Azure, bare-metal servers, Docker and Kubernetes for the infrastructure. Postgres, ClickHouse and Redis for data, OpenTelemetry and Grafana for monitoring. Our senior engineers know many more, and happily pick up the stack you already run.

**In which language?** French or English, whichever you prefer.

**And after delivery?** You leave with everything. Or we keep running your software, on a monthly maintenance plan.

**Do you do design?** Yes: the interfaces of your products, and your brand identity if you need one (logo, colours, typography, brand guidelines), with your software or on its own.
